Job Description:

In this role, you will:
Handle Customer Enquiries: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and incident reports. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service.
Manage Business Operations: Be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of quotations, service orders, and invoices issued to clients.
Project Support: Work closely with our project teams to help achieve team goals. This includes understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations.
Multi-Tasking and Time Management: In our fast-paced environment, you will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
