established its production base in Guangzhou, China, 
with the opening of our factory on November 1, 
2006.  Within 2 years we plan to have 100 employees 
working within our 1800 square meter factory.  Our 
production capacity will be 500,000 + pieces with 
$2,000,000 + production value per year.  Our main 
production will include, but not be limited to, 
ladies fashion, intimate apparel, and children's
 wear.  All our products will be for the export
